Can you imagine what you would achieve in life if your mind was 150% on your side, your biggest cheerleader and it never ever doubted you? Can you imagine what would be possible? Well, this IS possible. Just as you would train your physical body in the gym, you need to train your mind every day to become stronger and more resilient so that you are able to accomplish anything you put your mind to. Mental resilience is a super power that helps to heal the body, respond to stress better, manage pain and achieve your goals in life. Swipe right to see the mental resilience traits I practice on a daily basis. Which one would you like to work on?
Did you know that joy is a powerful healing force? Yes, it’s true. When we consciously make the decision to feel better dispite our circumstances it affects our physical body in a positive way. It can dissipate pain, relax tension and calm the body. For so long I was waiting to feel joy when I was completely healed, however, after reading Gabriella Bernstein’s book Super Attractor, I realised that to be healed I need to feel joy now and then my healing would follow. I had it backwards all along. So my top tips for feeling joy now are; 1- Write down 5 things you are grateful for when you wake up in the morning 2 - Smile 😊 3 - Take time out to enjoy the small but beautiful things in life 4 - Read Gabriella Bernstein’s book Super Attractor 5 - Don’t spend talking about what you don’t want, you wil only get more of it
